Len is a Partner of the Stonehage Fleming Group and Chairman of Stonehage Fleming Law Limited.
Prior to joining the Group in 2005, Len was a partner in a large Johannesburg law firm before relocating to the Channel Islands in 1986, where he established a trust and advisory business. Len qualified as a South African Attorney and notary in 1977. He holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees and a Higher Diploma in Company Law from the University of the Witwatersrand as well as a Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of London.

Nigel is a Partner of the Stonehage Fleming Group. He is an English Solicitor and Head of Legal Practice at Stonehage Fleming Law Limited.
He joined the Group in 2011 from the Wealth Management department at Baker & McKenzie and has particular expertise in international trust and personal tax planning. Nigel qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Association of Taxation Technicians.

Jeremy is a Director of Stonehage Fleming Law Limited. He is an English solicitor and for the last 15 years he has advised high net worth international individuals on all aspects of succession planning and personal tax.
Jeremy joined the Group in 2012 from the International Private Client team at Farrer & Co, having qualified as a solicitor in the Private Capital Group of Simmons & Simmons in 2003. Jeremy holds a Law degree from the University of Nottingham and completed his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Vivian is a Director of Stonehage Fleming Law Limited.
Vivian joined the Group in 2010 from the Tax Department of SJ Berwin. He is an English solicitor and practices international private client law. He advises UK and overseas families, individuals and trustees on trust, taxation and estate planning issues. Vivian also advises on management incentives and tax-efficient remuneration.
Vivian is a graduate of the University of Manchester. He qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and holds the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates and the IAL Art Law Diploma.
Director, Stonehage Fleming Law
Henry is an English solicitor with over 15 years' experience of advising high net worth individuals, families and trustees on a broad range of tax, estate planning and wealth structuring issues.
Prior to joining the Group, Henry worked at Wedlake Bell in London in their Private Client team following four years at Conyers Dill & Pearman in Bermuda, where he was called to the Bar. Henry started his career at Withers LLP in London, where he practised in the International Trusts team.

Robert is a Director in the Stonehage Fleming Law team and advises international and domestic individuals, families and trustees on a range of tax and trust issues. Robert has a particular interest in succession planning, advising on the long term preservation of family wealth and the smooth transfer of wealth between generations.
Robert trained at Withers and qualified in 2007 as part of the Wealth Planning Team where, apart from a period working in an offshore role, he remained until he joined the Group in 2018.
Solicitor – Stonehage Fleming Law Limited
Paula is a Spanish Solicitor and part of the Stonehage Fleming Law team specialising in international estate planning, succession and administration of multi-jurisdictional estates. Paula is a native Spanish speaker and has experience in assisting clients with connections in civil law jurisdictions.
Paula joined the Group in February 2020 having previously worked at a national law firm in London. She is a student member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners and is working towards becoming an affiliate member in 2020.

Sarah is a Solicitor within Stonehage Fleming Law Limited. She has experience with a range of private client matters and assists the Group and clients of the Group with succession planning, tax matters, trusts and general commercial matters.
Sarah joined the Group in April 2019, having previously worked at a national law firm in Christchurch, New Zealand. She is a graduate of the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand having gained a
Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History. Sarah
is a Registered Foreign Lawyer and a Solicitor of the High Court of New
Zealand.

Michael is Consultant of Stonehage Fleming Law Limited. He is an English Solicitor and specialises in dispute resolution.
Michael joined the Group in April 2018 from Berwin Leighton Paisner where he was a Partner for over 40 years. He grew up in South Africa and is a graduate of Wits University and Oxford University.
